error r6034

ya im trying to install this program called photo explosion deluxe but im
getting a
runtine error
program:C\WINDOWS\system32\MSiExec.exe
r6034
an application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
why am i getting this and what do i need to do to fix it can anyone plz help

From what I have learned, supporting a product for my company, R6034 happens when
you have Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0. If you were to remove .Net Framework 3.0
(if present) and .Net Framework 2.0 and then install .Net Framework 1.1, the
application should work.

I am having the same proble with the same program and don't have a clue how
to do what you said to do. I don't even know what .Net Framework is used for.
