Put your Vista CD back into the CD rom drive when your booting,if you did
not setup from the CD but rather a downloaded setup file, put a CD into your
cd drive and perhaps a floppy disk into the drive.

crcdisk.sys is looking at each of the devices, it appears to hang if a drive
is not mountable.
