Compact Framework

Hi all,

I would like to use XAML to build our new applications.
Does Microsoft plan to integrate XAML to the compact framework?
I'll have pocket pc clients.

I heard about WPF/E. It is the official answer from Microsoft?
When will it be available?

Thasks you

Rod

Re: Compact Framework

This is not an official answer (i'm not from MS), but my opinion is
that Microsoft will release a plugin for the pocket IE that will run
WPF/E at least at first. WPF/E is only at the first CTP. Maybe for the
Compact Framework, I wouldn't be JavaScript, but good old C#. Another
thing, is the .NET Microframework, that has a small weight WPF, but
that's for embedded devices.

All the best,
Andrei Iacob
