WWF Doesn't Load VS.NET 2005 Plugin

I've been around the block three times on this and I can't get Visual
Studio 2005 to show me the Windows Workflow templates.

I have VS.NET 2005 Profession.

I installed the Windows SDK.

I downloaded the Visual Studio Extensions for Windows Workflow
Foundation.


When I launch the Visual Studio Extensions, it seems to do a self
extract...but to where ?
Then it launches the Windows SDK setup...however the next button is
greyed out. What am I supposed to do at this point??

Afterward, if I create a new Project I don't see Workflow as a type.
