| | Access 2000 Hi, I am using Access 2000 and having a bit of a mental block, I have my database feeding into excel and need to group by my month setting. I is cuurently grouping by date. i.e 01/04/07 - Apr 07 I need it to group by APR 07 and not 01/04/07, I know this can be done but can not remember wether it needs to be in Access or in the Pivot table, this is currently driving me mad, I have tried all the normal functions and even creating a new date table etc, it's probably something really simply Thanks in advance -- lulunix :-) |
