Wallpaper reverting problem

I'm running 5308 and ran into something weird. I changed the wallpaper to
something in my Pictures folder. Then I went back into Desktop Background,
didn't click on anything, and then clicked on "Personalization" in the
Address Bar area and the wallpaper reverted back to a different wallpaper, in
this case the dog.

Try this:
1) Put a picture in your profile's Pictures folder
2) Right-click desktop, Personalize, Desktop Background
3) Change Picture Location to Pictures, select the picture from step 1 and
press Save
4) Close Control Panel window
5) Right-click desktop, Personalize, Desktop Background
6) Click Personalization in the Address Bar (or what its called now)
