The WIN HEC Release is Delayed only one day to May 23rd, 2006, however the
General Public Release is indeed Delayed until Saturday, May 27th, 2006 (At
this rate Beta 2 might NOT be available to the General Public after all).

He seems to always be "told" but rarely if ever specifies the sources, that
is the first clue to why he should not be taken seriously.
