Vista - Unable to install latest version of WinFX!

Hi all,

We are having problem with the installation of the latest version of WinFX.
We have installed WinFX and the rest of the developer componets on our
developer machines and it works great. They even had the old versions of
WinFX, that was removed before the new one was installed.

The problem is when we are trying to install the WinFX run time component on
machines for testing (some completely clean from previous WinFX versions
some not). The only difference we can come up with is that the developer
mahines are using English OS and the test machines are using Swedish. Can
this be the main problem for the installation problem? If yes how do we
solve it?
