WinFX.targets not found?

Hey everyone,

I installed Vista beta 2 over my Windows XP Home, and all that worked
out fine. But now I installed the Windows SDK for my visual studio
2005, but I get this error when I try to open any of the sample
projects:

Unable to read the project file 'QuickStart_1'.csproj'.
C:\Users\Verdagon\Documents\QuickStart1[1]\CSHARP\QuickStart_1.csproj(16,11):
The imported project
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.50727\Microsoft.WinFX.targets"
was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is
correct, and that the file exists on disk.

It doesn't just happen in VS 2005 either. It happens in the CMD shell
too.

What's going on? how do I fix this?
