I downloaded and Installed W Vista on a Dell 5150 Dimension PC,

After I Installed Vista, I could go into website for Few Days. Now when I
launch Internet Explorer, which I think is version 7, beta 2.0 which got
downloaded with W Vista. I cannot go into any website. Another Information,
I have my setup such that it should automatically open my yahoo mailbox once
the computer starts up which It does after asking my persmission to allow the
program or cancel.
