Windows Mail opens in Taskbar

Hi, when I open Windows mail from the command bar it goes straight to the taskbar and I have to click it to open in a normal window. How can I get it to open in a normal window like it's supposed to do? This is in IE7 64bit, it opens normally in the 32bit version. When it is minimized in the taskbar any left or right click will open it so I cannot just right click it and use a command. I've tried all the obvious stuff and nothing seems to work, I'm at my wit's end and would appreciate any help.

Thanks

When I right click on Windows Mail I get "read e-mail, internet properties and remove from this list," I went into internet properties and it does not refer to e-mail.

Yes, just tried it, same result.

Note: when I launch it from the start menu it opens normally, when I launch it from the command bar in IE7 64bit it opens minimized, in IE7 32bit from the command bar it opens normally.
