help! i'm using a dell inspiron 1420 laptop with windows vista home basic 32-bit OS.the thing is when i opened my computer yesterday, internet explorer, mozilla firefox and other programs such as utorrent and media player keeps popping out. (in IE and Firefox, there was a time when it reached 80 windows each!). so i ran MCafee anti-virus (it's a premium account) but no virus was found. so what i did is i moved all my files to my external hard-drive (which i'm also worried if it's also infected with virus) and reformat the computer using the PC Restore (i used the "restore factory image") so everything went well. i have used the laptop like normal again for 4 hours and i've been installing programs and tranfering my files until i restarted the computer and the same popping out of numerous IE and firefox appeared again. now i don't know what to do..
ps. the programs i've re-installed are as follow, YM9, Adobe photoshop CS3, mozilla firefox, java, ms office, utorrent, k-lite mega pack, hp, itunes, and utorrent. i've been using these programs before and i've never had this problem until yesterday.
