Hard drive crashed, how to get Windows Mail registry entries?

My hard drive decided to die on me the other day. It's still under warranty, so HP sent me a new one. But, I need to try to pull off some data from the old drive if I can because I have to send it back to HP or get charged for the new drive.

I have read the tutorial on backing up and restoring Windows Mail messages, accounts, settings, registry, etc., so if I can still access the old drive, I'll be able to at least back up everything EXCEPT the registry entries.

So, my question is, if I am able to access the drive as a "slave", how can I go about getting the registry entries off it? Or can it be done?

I appreciate any help you can give.

Thanks.
