Flash 10 Rebuffering

Hope I am in the right forum. I have an Acer Aspire that has flash 10 and every time I play video's in You Tube or some such it spends alot of time rebuffering. If it starts out fast the the progress buttong catches up to the taskbar and rebuffering starts. I am heartily tired of this. 2 Gigs memory, 1.73 Gigs xp home premium 32 bit. Anyone know a fix or workaround?

I am thinking that the problem lies in the computer. I have done every virus, rootkit, hijack this! and other scan, both in and out of safe mode, to see if I have some kind of malware and I don't.

Make sure you have the most up to date drivers
Make sure your video card is adequate and updated.
Update flash player

Go to device manager and look for yellow markers, showing problems with the drivers. This does not show if they are the most current.

Temporarily turn off A/V, and firewall, to test

Clear all temporary files etc from your hard drive.

OK - I checked and the drivers for the Microsoft 6to4 adapters cannot be loaded nor can the ISATAP Adapter drivers be loaded. When I try to update I get a code 31 error (will look that up). Well its a start.

The above is not an issue according to the Windows support site. Updated the chipset drivers and that changed nothing. Video card is updated and after I disabled the AVG firewall nothing changed. I am seriously thinking about unloading vista and replacing it with XP.
