Ok, I am going to give you as much info as I know. I am not a computer person. I have Windows Vista. Windows Mail. My main email account is thur Charter.net. I have it so I can read my emails from charter.net, my husbands emails from charter.net, my school emails from gmail, and 2 different email accounts going thru yahoo. That right there might be the problem. I have them all set up thru imap. The below error shows up with my main charter account. I have made different folders for my charter account. (to keep track of stuff) Emails come in and if i cant get to it, i will move to a folder. Right now the problem is with my "survey" folder. For the last 2 days i have been opening up the surveys in this folder, answering them and deleting them, untill now, i cant delete them.
below is the error i received:
Could not select "survey" on the imap server. You might try refresing your folder list to synchronize with your imap server.
the specified mailbox does not exist
Configuration:
account: ([email protected])
server: imap.charter.net
user name: (username)
protocal: IMAP
port: 143
secure(ssl):0
code: 800cccd2
Any help is great. If i need to give you any more info, please let me know. I will TRY to find it.
Thanks, Debby
