BSOD ? ''security processor loader'' ?

'kay...

So I dunno much about computers so I came here, hoping someone can help me.
I've been getting this so called BSOD or smth for a while now.

My laptop always freezes and shuts down (and that's when it appears) when I watch a video/film etc or when I listen to music. (not sure if that's important but ...)

It started happening like a month ago or so...and then it stopped and it happened again last week. So i took the laptop to the store where i bought it so they would fix it. And after 5 days I got it back today... and the guy said there was nothing to fix but some viruses.
wth?
I even gave him the error code thingy and all!

So now I wait till it scrashes again I guess?
so if they won''t help me and I cant fix it by myself.. im hoping someone here can.

If you need to know any details of whatever ask, I'll get it, or try to.

I can say this: i started the laptop in safe mood and there was a yellow triangle (i think) at the ''plug & play'' at the ''security processor loader''
((or smth similar :S))

i had searched the internet so many times now.. and I think thats important to mention, ive seen people complain about it, but I cant figure out what to do.

i'll paste the error data I have below.

uum i dunno, i think thats all?

so PLEASE if anyone out there could help me... i would REALLY appreciate it! ://
