Hi Everyone.

Early April, I purchased a Lenovo q700 from ebay. I didn't really start to use the q700 till May. I start getting BSOD soon I after I installed Blackberry Device Manger with Roxio Media Manger. In the View Problem History window, it displayed RoxLiveShare9 and Roxio Upnp Server 9 with the problem stated as "Service Hang Report". So, I tried my hardest to uninstall Roxio software from the PC by following these instructions on this site: Complete Uninstall of Creator 9 & 10 on Windows Vista . Although, the site doesn't specifically mention Media Manger software, I tweaked the institutions. After doing all of this, it didn't resolve the BSOD issue. Also, in the View Problem History window, AntiMalware Service Executable is having some problems be caused by MpTelemetry.

The specs are:
Processor: Intel Pentium with Duo Core E5200 2.5Ghz
Memory: 4 GB DDR2 667 mHz (Don't know the brand)
Storage: 500 GB Hitachi
Graphics: Intel integrated 1920×1080 high definition, GMA X4500
Optiarc DVD+/-RW Drive

Also, I search to see if there was some updated drivers but it seem that the manufacturer hasn't updated the bios & divers since the product release date!

Sorry for the delay in responding.

23 memory dumps - from 07 to 26 Jun 2010 (19 days)
7 different STOP error codes, with 4 causes being blamed.
This is (IMO) the beginnings of a pattern that indicates a hardware problem.

So, start with these free diagnostics:

H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

Then, if the above tests pass, I'd try these free stress tests:

FurMark download site: FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
This won't necessarily crash the system - but check the output in the test window for errors.
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.

Still looks like a hardware issue - and your Intel graphics drivers show up a couple of times (so I first suspect your graphics card). The hardware tests that I mentioned above are still the way to go.
