If you have the use of another PC, you can download and burn the ISO to a CD.
PC Regedit, Create, delete and edit Windows registry key-values without Windows.

This is a Linux Live-CD set up to allow you to edit the
Windows registry without booting into Windows.

Go to the registry key shown in this link and change the
DWORD = AutoReboot value to 0.
TweakXP.com - Disable Automatic Restart

This won't fix everything, but it should stop the continuous reboot cycle.

A step in the right direction.


if I press F8, there are an option like that... it stop in the Blue screen...

I can put the hard drive work like an external disk in another computer. That help to find a solution?
