Blue Screen wont stop!!! Help!!!

Hello,
Now what is the problem,
Even after i upgraded the nVIDIA 8400 GS driver to the latest driver after about 45 minutes on an online game or even not in a game it gives me blue screen, well isn't this the latest driver from nVIDIA: 258.96_desktop_win7_winvista_32bit_english_whql??????

Here check this link, i have taken a photo of the blue screen:

If the picture is not clear, well here what is in the blue screen:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer, if this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. if this is a new installation ask your hardware software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then select Safe Mode.

I've gotten this error message too, along with different random ones. Doesn't seem like the RAM would be the problem, does the BSOD come up every time you play the game?

No, this problem happens everytime i shut down the computer and turn it on again, it happens after about 1-2 hours even if am running a game , Windows Media Player or even if am left Windows running, without even running anything, i just upgraded the driver to the latest and left the computer on without anything running and went to the computer shop to ask about the problem and when i came back i found the computer has restarted, See!!! not even a program is running.

When i looked at minidumb folder inside Windows folder i saw the problem has happened at 5:45 o'clock and i left the computrr running at 5:00 o'clock so that means it happened just after 45 minutes.

I don't think it is a RAM issue, because if it is the RAM your computer would be very slow and causing windows to freeze, and another thing i have changed the graphics card to ATI RADEON HD 4350, but i only got one blue screen telling the cause is a VSTDPV3.sys , i searched it in the internet and it is about Conexant modems, i wondered why? what a conexant modem file do with the windows, i wondered it is related to the graphics card as well, i really don't know why they are making BLue Screen, am very sad about this!!

But i installed a new Windows and i haven't got DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on this ATI card until now.

But i think it is making some strange thing with the windows.
well do you think the ATI Graphics are causing this to this program?

When i run ASTRA32 - Advanced System Information Tool i got an error message that says: Could not initialize kernel mode driver!
(Can't create a service)
Try to reinstall the program or to run it with Adminstrator right.

But this error message didn't come when i had the nVIDIA graphics, but nVIDIA sucks, it has some technical prblems in their drivers, i always got nviddmkm.sys Blue screen stop error.
