The above represents the two dumps that you have provided. They each have a different Bug Code
DI and F4

STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Usual causes: Device driver
Probably the most common BSOD ! Occurs when a driver has illegally accessed a memory location while NT is operating at a specific IRQL. This is a driver coding error, akin to trying to access an invalid memory location.

STOP F4 Usual Cause :Several processes and threads are necessary for the operation of the system. When they are terminated for any reason, the system can no longer function.

Suggeted Action: Although both dumps refer to drivers, I feel that this is not the true cause of the dump, which is probably hardware related. The most common hardware problem is memory. Download and take the memtest86 test.
Test each stick alone for 6 passes then test each MB slot with a good stick
http://memtest.org/
If you still get BSOD we will update the drivers. Here is a list of old drivers from one of your reports.

Follow the instructions for BC 124 excluding numbers 4 6 7 9 and background
http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html
As you can see the list of old drivers is extensive and it would be impractical to update each at this point, but it should be done eventually. In lieu of updating, take the driver verifier test
http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...-driver-verifier-identify-issues-drivers.html
How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Repost if you get new BSODs or have questions
