SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:

The reports that you have submitted reveal clues to the cause of your problem. They do not give a definitive answer. The more reports that we receive the more clues are made available improving our chances of finding a solution to your problem. You may have to experience several more BSODs until the final answer is discovered.

If overclocking restore normal settings

Update outdated listed drivers. If I have inadvertently listed any Microsoft Drivers, they can be ignored. If the list is extensive I have included the driver verifier test so that you may determine which drivers are in need of immediate attention.
Asacpi.sys is a driver from the Austek Computer Corp. Your driver is very old and is known to cause BSOD's in current Windows versions; it must be updated

no rich i was in the process of getting the update for the acpi driver when I bsod'd. Memory is what I wanted to hear both sticks are tested for 20-30 mins each passed 2 tests 0 errors on either stick. System works 100% ok with one of either stick of ram in but the second I add 2 sticks together is when I get crashes.

Motherboard lists the ram as supported, maybe I should just try getting new ram?

My Computer

Where did you get that ram, was it a mix and match deal?
You must test for 8 passes, overnight.

oh forgot that what the tests I ran manually I brought it to a local pc store here they also said the ram passed while they were doing testing.

My Computer

Well we know its definately, ram. Our second BSOD test and what you have just told me proves that. Lets not waste money. Test the way I told you and lets see what should be replaced. If one stick is bad, replace all at once. Do not mix and match. Ram is cheap.

ok can I test both sticks at once? because like I said problem only happens when I have both sticks in together.

1 of either stick by themselves i get 0 problems with.

My Computer

No start from scratch, follow instructions.
Here is my unofficial instruction on how to test. It may be easier
