BSOD with more than 2gig's of RAM

I have had problems in the past where if i had both 2gig sticks in every once and a while i would get a BSOD so i thought it was my ram and i tested them and they both passed. So i let it slide for a little while and finally got tired of it so i saved up a little and bought some new ram same exact problem except now if i have two sticks in right after the windows vista loading screen it either restarts or BSOD's.

Here's my specs:
http://i56.tinypic.com/w7c6fa.jpg

I currently have one stick of 2gig ram in.

The ram i just bought is:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B

The ram i still have but am not currently using is:
Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2RPR10664GK

Any help is appreciated.

Update outdated listed drivers. If I have inadvertently listed any Microsoft Drivers, they can be ignored. If the list is extensive I have included the driver verifier test so that you may determine which drivers are in need of immediate attention.

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- The most common drivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html
and here

Before I take the time for a full review. Update this driver and tell me how the computer works
Guci_avs.sys file description
Productname: Generic USB Controller Interface (AVS)
Description: Generic USB Controller Interface (AVS)
Company: PixArt Imaging Incorporation

I will look quickly for any other outstanding problems. Check back often
\

When i google Guci_avs.sys it dosnt help me much some sites say its malware some say its an error.

EDIT:

Also this keeps crashing 0P3Ia3j4.exe i googled and nothing came up.

EDIT:

I would have no clue on what to get for Asacpi.sys because i dont have any ASUS parts.

forget about asacpi

I look for the guci_avs, too. If neither of us can find it. Make a system restore point and then uninstall the software
Then go to search
type cmd
in cmd type
driverquery and make sure the driver is gone
That driver is one of the important areas that have to be fixed

Does not seem to be a driver
Although this method is frowned upon, try this
Device Manager - Install Driver

Im reluctant to download from sites that I do not know.
Dont see it on Company Web Site

I will be here for as long as you need me and give all the help that I can, but lets try to concentrate on one area at a time. Now its the pix driver.

The LOL was aimed at me, since I did not know what was needed in BIOS.
The best advice is on BIOS is to leave settings alone. They rarely need adjusting and if any are needed a professional should do it.
Here is some basic information
Why and How to Flash Your BIOS
Try it out, lests see how it goes. Based upon the problems encountered an flashing or update may be needed.
I wish you luck. Actually, Im getting excited too. For us this is the payback, the great feeling if we get the computer to work properly
My fingers are crossed.

I Googled for a very basic article on BIOS settings. Look it over and if you think that some may be needed post. I doubt that we will actually do any, me at a distance, and the potential for problems makes a do it your self less than desireable. This may tell us if any resetting is necessary. Use the computer and then lets see if all runs smoothly.
