BSOD: Irql not less or equal

My laptop has been having BSOD whenever I'm watching videos, playing video games, or using the webcam. And my laptop can crash twice or three times in a day. So, I have quite many minidump files. And this has happened since a year ago but was less often.

I've attached the perfmon file in the zipped file and save it as msc because there's no option for html file; only msc or all files.

Vista Home Premium
64-bit
OEM
Age of hardware and OS is 2.5 years
I have not reinstalled the OS

Edit:
I've updated the new reports. The new one has (2) at the back.

I've updated all my drivers. But I just got a BSOD. Do you have more suggestion of what else could go wrong?

Yes,
everytime all my advice has been taken and a new BSOD occurs, download the new minidump. Each one gives a small piece to the puzzle. Alone, they are not definitive.

Put all new reports in the last post made.
The driver that I suggested to be changed is still the same one.
Go to the website and update it.
It is still given as the cause.

i didn't know how to attach files on the last post so I put it on first post. Can you please tell me how?

I updated my drivers by going to Control panel --> System and Maintenance --> Update device drivers. Then I updated all the drivers by clicking the "Update Drivers" --> "Search automatically for updated driver software". Is what I'm doing is wrong or is there another way to do it?

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- The most common drivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html
