New CPU and BSOD

My system is Vista Business (32) SP1
This is the original OS from a full retail version. I built this box 5 years ago and recently upgraded the cpu to an Intel E8400 Core2Duo. Since the cpu upgrade I've been getting BSODs every 15 mins or so, especially when viewing video. I've attached the files suggested in the directions and would be grateful for any assistance.

thanks,
Jason

Welcome
I have examined your dump reports, you do get many.
Each report has given a different driver, I do not think that any one of those drivers are the actual cause.
Lets start with a memory test and see what happens. If that turns up negative, we will test for drivers.

Download memtest86 and test RAM
www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Run for 8 passes
Ifpasses try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
If it fails do the same for 8 passes.
In addition one of the reports, mentioned SPTD, this driver is know to cause BSODs, it is a component of Daemon or Alchohol 120%, please unintall this software using the unintall tool.

Please remove any CD virtualizationprograms such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found inyour dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs

Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:

After you follow the instruction, please post any new BSODs. With so many causes, it is highly unlikely that we will hit on it the first attempt.

Thanks Rich,
I ran Memtest86 and found some errors. I'm isolating memory sticks now to see if I can determine if the the memory or the slots are bad.

I'll let you know what I find.
