Hello,

A couple of weeks ago, i started facing Blue Screen after i start playing starcraft 2, so i downloaded windbg from microsoft and downloaded it's symbols but some how i am receiving an error msg that "Your debugger is not using the correct symbols" i tried to load them from the "KD" and from the cmd and from the debbuger itself but with no use!!!

Commands used:
Symbols path: SRV*C:\Windows\Symbols already downloaded from microsft for windows vista 64-bit

in debugger;
SRV*C:\Windows\Symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols

in cmd
Set _NT_SYMBOL_PATH = symsrv*symsrv.dll*C:\Windows\Symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols

command
.sympath SRV*C:\Windows\Symbols

I am new to this can some one help me with it? because the information given without the symboles don't help at all,,, just "Probably caused by : hardware" :)

Thanks in Advnace

Hello Again,

i was debugging the Memory.DMP file and it seems that the BSOD is related some how to audiodg.exe process so i was trying to test it and then i had a blue screen so i rebooted my laptop and rechecked again, but this time i disabled the enhancment settings within the configured "Independent Dual Headphones" and the "Speakers and Dual Headphones".

I'll give it a try and come back to you;

Thank you for your time.

First run a full update scan using your anti-virus if you can.

Download malwarebytes and run a full scan here is there link and use the free version.

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

After that I need for you to do a memtest on your system here is how.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Forums

Please keep us updated with the results as you go.

Before doing the above do this first as it might be the Bios.

Restart your computer in safe mode with networking. If it boots up, update the BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer's website

Well, this is crasy mate :)

I did it all but still nothing :sarc:

Antivirus scan result: None;
Bios Updated;
Hradware fully updated;
Anti Malware result: None;
MEMTEST Result: No Errors, passed.

Any other ideas? can it be from over heating? and does it show in the mindump or not?take in consideration that i am using "HP Pavilion dv6-1210ee Artist Edition Entertainment Notebook PC" attached with an external Microsoft Fan;

What drive me crasy is that; i'm a system administrator who is dealing with servers all day long and i fix 90% of all the servers problems but for some how i can;t find a solution for my laptop :confused:

waiting for your reply.
