New Build Fresh Install 7E Crash Mem Dumps

As in title.

I've just built a new system with spec:

Phenom II 3.4Ghz (x4)
8Gb Patriot DDR3-1333Mhz
Gigabyte Motherboard
MSI graphics-1Ghz GPU
Seagate 500Gb Sata HD
DVD-RW Sata

On loading Vista x64bit (fresh install) to the point where it is preparing to load up for the first time I'm suffering from a recurring BSOD where there is a 0x0000007E error memory crash dump, and continues to do this on start up.

I've run memtest, all memory is fine.

Any pointers appreciated.

I appreciate the rules for showing dump files, but I havent even had the opportunity to get past start up yet to retrieve them.

it tries to, it loads up the critical files for start up but still crashes again with the same mem dump error.

They are not memory dumps. I make this mention only because areas other than memory can be the cause of the problem. If you built the system you will know how to check for these causes of the crash
7E
Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control,

Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset.
    Only ever used a laptop.
Also use USB Freeview TV Card
    Lenovo Docking Station
    External Speakers
Other bits a pieces as needed
In safe mode it hangs on crcdisk.exe before crashing again, i've removed the gpu card, working on on board graphics, no change.
