I keep getting a blue screen every other time I start up. Sometimes they will be different codes. I'm thinking it's a hardware problem but I can't be sure.
I have attached all required files. PLEASE HELP!!

We can offer the best help if you give us more of the reports. You have, presently, given us only one. Lets see a sample of those codes. As you get a few more BSODs, post.

Based upon what I have seen, it may be memory problem, however.

Take memtest. Run for 8 passes, test each slot with a good stick for 8 passes

I've run several memtest programs, including the vista repair one, and all come back fine. The other code is something like BCCode: 1000008. Could it be a driver problem?
Also, my ratings in the report are not correct because I never updated it. It's really 4.4 or higher on everything.

As a rule, when you get many different codes, its hardware. Use the computer, get a few more and I can be better help.

Well the funny thing is that it only comes up during startup right after the vista loading bar gets done, then it restarts and boots up fine. It happens bi-bootly only. ha

Here is the report for another one. Obviously mini101211-01.dmp is the newer one. The BCCode for it was 100008e this time.

I really am starting to think it's my graphics card. I tried to run AMD Overdrive and it glitches the screen and creates that 0x8e bsod. I haven't had that first bsod again just this one. I might get a new mb and cpu for this computer and just forget about this one. Everything else in the computer works fine. But if I could save this one it would be great.

Causes for 8E
Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory

Causes for A
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

It could very well be a driver, but when you get different causes for the same problem, its usually hardware.
If it is the graphics card its most likely the driver and not the card per se. Update driver. If you have the most current roll back to previous, at least for a test. Go to company website and not Windows updater.
