Seemingly Random BSOD's 3 or 4 times/daily

I bought this computer a little while back and it would BS occasionally and i just kinda ignored it, but for the past couple months, it has been insane, like 3-4 times a day it'll blue screen on me at seemingly random moments, sometimes i won't even be on the thing at a time and i'll notice it just blue screened! So as I'm sure anyone would be, it's really starting to piddle me off, lol, so any help would be awesome. Sometimes, the BS is different, sometimes it's a System_Service_Exception or it's Memory_Management. Here's some of the info during the BSOD:

System_Service_Exception

Remove Sunbelt Firewall. It is causing a lot of your crashes. Once it is removed run the cleanup utility here - Free Firewall Software

You can use the Windows firewall as a replacement

Code:
sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 16:55:14 2009 (4AD24632)
Remove Daemon Tools. Its driver SPTD is known to cause problems. Run the SPTD removal tool - DuplexSecure

Code:
L6UX264.sys Tue Sep 07 18:24:48 2010 (4C86BBB0)
The rest of your crashes are being caused by your POD Farm 2 driver. Download the latest software for this device - http://line6.com/software/index.html

Please run memtest
