Solved BSOD Bad Pool Caller AND Driver Irql Not Less or Equal

I'm currently running Vista x86, and I have been getting those two errors increasingly frequently. I have recently changed my graphics card, but these errors were occurring before then. I generally suck with this sort of thing, so any help would be appreciated.

This machine has been modified, upgraded, formatted and generally messed about with so much I have lost count, however this is currently a rather recent install on a fresh hard drive.

Well, my friend, you certainly had a lot of bsods. It seems to be your realtek driver. Go to their website, update the driver and hopefully you will be ok.

I just updated my drivers, though it took a bit as the BSOD came up twice (once while trying to download the drivers, and once installing them). Hopefully it works, I'll keep you posted.
