Conclusion

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

ntkrpamp.exe

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

ran memtest86 already, ran it with all sticks, passed, ran it with each individual stick in there slot one at a time, all passed. I actually have done this twice, because I was convinced it was a ram issue. Then I found out about the program who crashed, and it was saying software problems, so I had some hope.

We do not use who crashed, the software that we use is considered very accurate. This is what almose every dmp shows.

I am not sure what information you are asking for. THe memtest results? I dont know how to show you a log, but this is what is says, passes 6, errors 0, that is with all 4 sticks of ram in. This test was performed last night as I knew you guys would probably want it. So I wanted to double check. But about 5 days ago, I opened the computer up, and tested each stick on its own, each time testing the ram in a different slot, to be sure the mem slot is ok too. Before I tested the ram, I noticed in advanced system settings, the memory was not set to let windows automatically adjust it, like I was told it should be, so I thought I fixed the problem when I checked that. But it is actually worse now, crashes everyday..

Let me tell you everything that I know to date
All of your dumps, except one say its memory
One says that its ntkrnpamp, I can guarantee you that is not the cause. That is a lead Microsoft driver that takes the blame for other drivers/or hardware problems.
Memory is considered hardware.
Did you buy all the ram at once?

this is a friends computer, as far as I know the ram came with the computer, 2 sticks of 1 GB and 2 sticks of 512. Is it possible you received the same memory dump because when i sent that, it hasnt had a blue screen error yet with the new memory dump settings, computer is running nice right now, i am trying ot make it get a BSOD!

My Computer

There is one possibility. If you took the ram out to make the memtest, when you put it back you may have reseated it correctly. Sometimes a stick is lose or has a bit of dirt on it. NO BSOD=good news. What do you do to make it BSOD?

Follow the diagnostic instructions carefully. It has nothing to do with the fact that you did or did not BSOD, now

I think that you did not click grab all.

i right click, run as admin, hit allow, then hit the big yellow button grab all. I promise! never touched anything else on that program. I just reseated the memory and blew it out with compressed air. Do you think I should try reformatting the whole drive and see if i still get this BSOD? because if i do, then wouldnt it tell us, that is must be a ram chip, that is just passing the memtest86 that isnt 100% always accurate? If so, which is the best way to back up her files, I dont want to back up anything to do with windows, just her files, so windows has a fresh install.
