BSOD with ntoskrnl.exe. Laptop does not shut down or update.

I've tried posting this over at your sister site sevenforums, but I figure I'd post it here as well. I've had this laptop (Gateway M-2624U) for a few weeks not and I can't seem to find out why it's BSOD'ing on me.

Attached is the BSOD log, along with a picture of the program crashing. I believe ntoskrnl.exe is also preventing Windows Update from working, and making my life a living hell.

Thanks
-Dustin

Edit: here's the link to my old thread on sevenforums.com: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-...skrnl-exe-after-post-randomly-when-using.html

Welcome
Your BSOD is already being handled by a member of our BSOD team. To give you additional information, here, would just make solving the problem more confusing and difficult. I
will examine your other thread and post any information that may help at our Seven Forum

EDIT: I just read the other thread, the problem seems to be solved. If you have a problem, its under warranty, make the vendor handle the problem

I marked it as solved because when I installed a new hard drive, it didn't give me a blue screen anymore. When I made a thread about Windows Update (in sevenforums.com) they gave me a program to make it blue screen. The cause of the blue screen was the same as before the hard drive was replaced, so the hard drive has nothing to do with it. I don't care if you help me at this forum or sevenforums, as long as someone who's an expert in Vista helps. :)

If you get more BSOD, without driver verifier (that is the software that makes blue screen), post it in Seven, in the same thread.

Driver Verifier is what they told me to use to make it bluescreen. I haven't gotten a blue screen without it. Just couldn't shut down or install updates. I'll post in the other thread if it does BSOD.
