Hi Hogtowner,

I have been thinking about that for the last 4 weeks...The only way I can think of is using the PowerShell pipe commands to either write to HTML or TXT using variables...

I did find a good link for all Logitech stuff here at;

Same here ....the driver works and installs fine. Just the catalyst control center has problems everytime installing it. The problem is just with catalyst control center. Although I can open the suite as well. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

what exactly do you mean by "DVD driver"? do you mean some software for you DVD device, or your DVD device itself? does it appear in "My Computer" ?

Windows usually just has a driver that works fine for cdroms. I would recommend running a virus scan if you havent already. I have a newer acer notebook myself what model is it??? I have been on the acer site a few times and can look as well.

Possibly try a repair. When booting hit f8 a few times then

choose command prompt
Then type in the blinking cursor-

chkdsk /r

It may repair the driver. Otherwise try this

Go to device manager

then click on the dvd rom

then driver tab of the dvd rom.

Then choose roll back driver.

That may help.
