Settlers IV install issue

So i found a copy of Settlers IV that i got given a while ago, and i thought "hey i've got nothing better to do today, let's play."

I try to install it on my pc and the autorun runs automatically, however, it doesn't give me an install option. I've tried one or two things that have been suggested, like disabling things in the msconfig, but no joy.

Any advice?

i run amd phenom 9950 and nvidia graphics geforce 7050 i think

See if you can install in safe mode.
