Company of Heroes Patches

I recently to reformat my PC which is Running Vista 32 bit.I prefer using this to windows 7 as it suitable for my poor eyesight.Anyway what I would like to know is how to install the CoH patches manually.As I have already reloaded the Game and the Expansion packs and reloaded the relic program that automatically down loads the patches.But as with any of my downloads I save copies in an external drive.What is detailed instruction on how to and where to do this .Any Help would be great.
