Quicktime and Vista

Hello! I'm reviewing this archived thread:

http://www.vistax64.com/vista-games/42974-installing-games-w-quicktime.html

and I would like to find the DLL file that is mentioned but the link no longer takes me to the file, just the homepage of gamefront.com.

I'm trying to install The Cassandra Galleries on my Vista laptop and I'm getting an error message, "Script error: Handler not defined", and after googling it, it seems that I need an earlier version of Quicktime. I uninstalled my version 7 and tried installing Quicktime 2 but it won't let me install QT2 but instead, it's giving me an error, "An operation could not be performed because a file handle could not be opened. Try closing existing applications and/or increasing the number of files available (see the "FILES" command in your DOS manual for more information)."

What are handles and how can I get this to work? I would try DOSbox but I don't think it plays windows games.

Thank you for any help,
Jules
