Need help with minidump file

Hi everyone. I have a problem with my computer that is driving me crazy. At least once a day it will crash and produce a stop code on a blue screen (Stop:0X000000B8). Also the system writes a minidump file to the hard drive. The problem is is that I have no idea how to read a minidump file, to see what is causing these annoying crashes. To anyone that can help, I cannot thank you enough.

I checked your stop code the knowledge base, and came up with this :Error message when you wake Windows Vista from sleep: "STOP: 0x000000B8"

The wierd thing was was that when I downloaded the patch for the sleep problem and installed it, it didnt fix the problem.
