Hi Westham,

Have you checked your screen resolution and DPI settings to make sure that they did not get changed?

You might also reinstall your video driver just in case it had gotten corrupted to.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Thanks Shawn i appreciate your help.I tried the resolution but had no luck. How do I reinstall my video driver,i'm still getting use to using this computer and need to know where to go to reinstall the video driver and what to do

My Computer

Westham,

Usually just downloading the latest driver version from your video device's website and running it will uninstall the old version and install the new one, or just reinstall it if it is the same version.

Another option is to manually uninstall the video driver first in Device Manager.
1. Open Control Panel (Classic View)
2. Click on Device Manager icon
3. Click Continue for UAC prompt.
4. Expand Display adapters by clicking on the +.
5. Right click on your listed video device and click Properties.
6. Click on the Driver tab
7. Click on the Uninstall button.
8. Click OK to confirm your action.

Afterwards, run the downloaded latest video driver version.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Hi Westham,

Hard to say without knowing what kind of video card you have. If you go to your user CP, you can create a signature with your computers specs that will be added at the bottom of all your posts without you having to type it all out each time. This will help folks in trying to answer questions. You can look at a few posts to see what kind of info to include.

Gary

Sorry Shawn. You beat me to it.
