USB ports don't work each time I reboot

I've recently bought a HP8710w and i've installed Vista Business 64bit on it. After a while for some reason the USB ports don't work when I reboot. In the Device manager section, the usb's have the yellow exclemation marks. The only way i can get them to work is to disable all and then enable them. It's quite annoying to have to disable and enable the 6 usb ports everytime i reboot. Any solution to this?

i've tried that too. Windows installs them after the first boot, but when i reboot it's all back to the old situation. I've even udpated the bios.

I am having the same problem, exactly as described in the first post. My system is an Acer Aspire 5920 notebook; 4GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz, Vista Home Premium, with 4 USB 2.0 ports. Along with the ports turning off (The device cannot start [Code 10]), I get a popup warning that says I could get better performance with a USB 2.0 port.

I have tried the solutions above, with no results.
