when i instal somthing (like game) all ram is used when installing like it instals files in ram in the task manager it shows almost all ram and page file is all used computer is so slow then in xp and vista 32 i dint have this problem ???

I believe the reason your system is slow is not caused by the rams. Please post your system specs so everyone can give you some idea.

Thanks. You have a nice setup. Now let us know what happened unusual such as responding not smoothly, jerking, or freezing and what were you doing while it happens such as playing game or multiple tasking or something?

If there is anything that causes the sluggish, it might have been your CPU. The E2160 Pentium Dual-core 1.8 GHz is not very efficient cpu with old technology. If it is overclocked to 3Ghz, may be a little more tuning is needed.

If there are any consideration in up grading the system, I would start with the CPU.

I had this happen once during installation of the game Clive Barker's Jericho.

The installer brought my PC to a crawl while it was copying files across, using all of my 4gb of ram.

It's the only time it's happened for me.
