Low Disk Space Warning

Hi there,
I am stressed with the warning that says that mu Media Center HardDisk has low space.
How do I shut Dow that ballon warning?

It is not C: that has low space, it is the HD that i put my HD movies in.

How do I take own of a register?
I did not understand how to do it in the tutorial.
Please do an example of taking own of a register.
