Is there a way to view what is open in the system tray,like a jpeg,or,show it larger,so I can see what is open? Thanks

Hello Riptorn,

If you mean the notification or system icons, then you can select the Caption Button item (step 6A) in Advanced Appearance to incease the size (step 6B) of them. There is no way to see a thumbnail of them though. Normally you will need to click on the icon to open it to see what it is for.

If you mean the open window buttons on the taskbar instead, then you can turn on the taskbar thumbnails to see a image.

As Gary stated, you shouldn't have a problem with Aero with 4 GB of RAM.

The biggest resource hog from Windows Aero is the Transparancy. Turning that off, will save you a bit if you like.
