i was thinking of getting this CPU

Is that a good CPU what Motherboards on new egg can support it
Also would it be hard to overclock this CPU to 3.5ghz? good idea or bad?

What happens if you buy a new CPU for your motherboard that came with a COMPANY built computer will i havft to do a clean install or something??? can i use the same motherboard for that situation

If you put a motherboard and and CPU into a computer that you bought from like compaq do you need to do anything special to the hardrive or the OS do i need to buy another OS thanks :D
