I have repeatedly attempted to get a copy of Vista 64 bit version from their alternate media website. Each time I enter my license key on the web site to validate my product key and have it shipped, the response I receive is "No offer found". I have a toshiba laptop with Windows vista basic already installed and have the Uprgrade anytime DVD that I received with the laptop when it was purchased new 18 mos. ago but, it's the 32 bit version.
Can anyone tell me how I can get the 64 bit version through means other than the web, such as phone number or maybe even an online retailer that offers them(without, of course, buying another licensed copy)?
