Group policy client server failed logon

I also have had norton try to help download a the 360 version and after they took over my desk top I started having the logon problem as the admin. As I was looking through all the problems users have encountered with this I ran across a entry where some had found a free download that would fix the problems, but as luck would have it, before I could write it down my access failed and now I can not find it again. Does any one have that Link?

Am not able to get u. Is this is happening on clients of your domain. what is the exact error message, at which instant you are getting this..:confused:

I have 3 user id's on my personal lap top and when I first got it the only id I had was the admin. one which is the one that was in use when the norton person took over my environment. Since that time after more discussion with norton I was asked to create another user account which I did to see if the same problem could be duplicated. It has not been duplicated on the other account only when I try to logon to the Admin. account which the tells me, " The Group Client server failed the logon" . If I try to logon on the the new user I created or the guest user that I created I have no problems, but then I cannot get to any documents that were created under the Admin. user account.

So, we can Reset your profile settings by renaming your user profile folder.

If you are having problems only in admin login, restart your system, login with another account which is having administrative rights. navigate to c:\users. rename the folder named admin to adminold. Restart your system, login with admin user account.

U can copy your old desktop files, my documents and favourites from the admin old folder.

If u find any difficulties, Let me know :)
