I mean if I drag a file from one window of win expl. to another file is get cut ... now if I want file get copy by this procedure what keyboard key keep pressed during...?

I think he means when he tries to copy a file to another folder, the original file gets removed from the source directory... not all too sure. And to copy, press CTRL+C and then CTRL+V to paste.

If you press and hold down the Right mouse button when you drag a file/folder from one location to another, you will get a menu appearing asking you to confirm what you want to do with the said file/folder when you release the mouse button at the destination location.

As a test, add the context menu items from the tutorial below. Afterwards, right click on the file and click on Move to Folder to have Cut from the original location or click on Copy to Folder to just have it Copy over from the orignal location.
