I've recently started to have this happen when I go to bring up explorer.

You might try this:

Disable any add-ons, then - Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced >
Reset Internet Explorer settings. Restart computer.

Turning off dep may fix this problem.

also check you have any --toolbar-- folder in your program files directory.

IEToolbar.dll can be associated with BitDefender IE Toolbar or with an adware infection. I'd suggest a scan for malware if you don't have BitDefender installed.

If you do, uninstall the Toolbar and see if that helps.

Usasma.....I did a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware...results posted.
Sorry to sound like a complete dunce....how do I know if a tool bar is in the programs file directory?

Go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and select Manage Addons.
Disable the toolbar that uses that .dll file (or just disable all the toolbars) and see if that fixes the problem.

If it fixes it, then disable the toolbars one by one until you find the offending one.

Yep, those are the one that was cited in the error message.
If it doesn't fix it, then the error message will have different info.
