What kind of DVD is this? A compilation of pictures that someone made for you? Or is it a Movie?

If you are trying to "Rip" a DVD to your computer try this free program...
Format Factory

Within this program you can easily Rip DVD's to Video Files that can be stored and watched on your computer.

I have Windows Media player.......maybe I should figure out how to do it that way? When I insert the DVD into my computer, Windows Med.Player automatically opens up and plays the video but I can't figure out how to save it in the library?

"It is also not possible to rip a movie file from a DVD using the Player. You need to use a program designed to legally copy movie files from a DVD to a computer."
