K i found a webiste with the reset disk and donwloaded and burned it into an iso and its bootable.So now my problem is how do i put it into factory settings since i dont have a backup?I really didnt need a backup

Well i was able to burn a reset disk for 32 bit
and i found a button that said repiar your computer so i clikced it
And i got these options:
start up repair
system restore
windows complete pc restore
windows memory diagnostic tool
and lastly
command prompt

That would be a Vista Recovery Disk instead. It does not install Vista, but only does those repair options. Only a OEM Vista Factory Recovery Disc, or partition, can be used to reinstall Vista.
If you have a friend that has the exact same model and brand of computer as you, then you can use their OEM recovery disc to reinstall Vista with using your product key number on the bottom of the laptop instead.
Otherwise, you will need to buy a new copy. Since Windows 7 is coming out on the 22nd, you may wait and buy it if you have to buy a new OS.
