More Ram or Faster Ram?

I was planning on building a new PC. I do a LOT of multitasking, gaming, music, editing, web browsing, etc.

What I was wondering was would it be more efficient to have more RAM or less but faster RAM?

Example: 6GB Triple Chanel 1067MHz OR 3GB Triple Chanel 1333MHz etc

In an ideal world, you would go with both faster RAM and more of it. However, given your choices, I would go for having more RAM. This is assuming that your new system is going to be 64-bit. If it is going to be 32-bit, then you might as well go for the other option of having faster RAM (if the motherboard will support it).
