wercon.exe is the Windows error reporting tool. But it's entirely possible that something worse is triggering it.

Considering the inability to sign in to Windows, facebook etc, I'd strongly suggest running running an A/V scan like Avast or MSE as well as anti-malware Malwarebytes and then take it from there.

c0000005 is an access violation. This can be caused by two programs being incompatable.

Do you have any addons with explorer?
Do you have any diagnostics software running in the background?

Have you tried another browser to see if the same thing happens (try it purely for diagnostics.)
